Boiler plate is mainly used to manufacture superheater, main steam pipe and boiler fire chamber heating surface used in hot rolled medium thick plate material. Boiler steel plate is one of the very key materials in boiler manufacturing, mainly refers to the hot rolled special carbon steel and low alloy heat resistant steel medium thick steel material used to manufacture boiler shell, pot drum, box end cover, hanger and other important parts.

Main characteristics of boiler steel plate

1、The material has high yield strength in a certain temperature range (medium normal temperature and high temperature).

2、Material with enough toughness, manufacturing or use will not happen brittle failure accidents;
3、The material has a small strain aging sensitivity, especially in the corresponding working temperature region, to ensure a certain value of aging impact work;
4、The material has low notch sensitivity, which can prevent cracks in welding, opening and local stress concentration area.
5、The material has good welding performance;
6、The material has good microstructure, no white spots and cracks are allowed.
