Slotted tube applications

Slotted pipe processing is to cut hundreds of thousands of longitudinal cracks on the high-strength steel body by cold working or hot working. The common specifications of the cracks are: the width of the crack is 0.15-3mm, wider, and the length of the gap is 50-200mm. The cross-section types include: rectangular, stepped, and various types, and there are also circular slotted screens, with an aperture specification range of 5-20 mm (m). The cutting quality of the slotted screen mainly depends on the precision of the slot width, the uniformity of the cross-sectional shape of the slot, the smoothness of the edge of the slot and the corrosion resistance of the slot.
