Large bore cylinder description
The cylinder refers to the cylindrical metal parts that guide the piston in a straight reciprocating motion in the cylinder. The air in the engine cylinder expands to convert heat into mechanical energy; The gas is compressed by the piston in the compressor cylinder and the pressure is raised.
Large bore cylinder classification
(1) Single acting cylinder: only one end of the piston rod, from the piston side of the gas supply energy to produce pressure, pressure to promote the piston thrust out, by the spring or weight back.
② Double acting cylinder: alternate gas supply from both sides of the piston, output force in one or two directions.
(3) Diaphragm type cylinder: with diaphragm instead of piston, only in one direction output force, with spring reset. It has good sealing performance, but short travel.
④ Impact cylinder: This is a new type of component. It converts the pressure energy of the compressed gas into the kinetic energy of the piston moving at a high speed (10 ~ 20 m/s), so as to do work.
⑤ Rodless cylinder: general term for cylinder without piston rod. There are magnetic cylinder, cable cylinder two categories.
