1. Surfacing welding

Before aluminizing, the steel pipe is surfacing with stainless steel electrode A312 at its end, and then aluminizing. In this way, when butt welding steel pipe becomes a welding between stainless steel, will not destroy the original aluminizing layer.
When the wall thickness of steel pipe is more than 12mm, surfacing welding method should be adopted. Operation method: Open the groove before welding, open the initial groove on the inside and outside surface of the original tube end, and then surfacing with A312 electrode to form the final groove. 2. Brazing
When the wall thickness of the steel pipe is less than 12mm, brazing should be adopted.
When two steel pipes are butt welded, the residual heat of welding is used to melt the low-melting solder, and the molten solder adheres to and penetrates into the inner and outer welds of the welds. These brazing materials are corrosion and oxidation resistant materials, and the performance is better than that of aluminized steel, and the performance of the fusion line has the characteristics of brazing materials. The electrode is A312.
During welding, although the aluminizing layer of the fusion line is destroyed, there are brazing materials sticking on it. At the same time, in the metal penetration, the weld area is also covered by corrosion and wear-resistant oxides, with excellent performance.
