What is Nickel Copper Zinc Alloy?
It has beautiful color, ductility, fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance are good, rich deep drawing performance.It contains 50%~70% copper, 5%~30% nickel and 5%~40% zinc. When the copper content is more than 60%, it is a single-phase solid solution alloy with good workability. After adding nickel, it has beautiful silver gray luster and good corrosion resistance. It is an excellent base metal for chrome plating, nickel plating and silver plating
Nickel Copper Zinc Alloy application
Commonly used as rivets, screws, edible utensils, zippers, clothing accessories, radio dial, etc. The alloy containing 50% ~ 60% copper is a biphase alloy, with good thermal working performance and high elastic modulus, commonly used as a variety of springs, telephone equipment joints, resistance wire, hardware and medical instruments.
