The structural angle is a basic metal profile with two legs at 90 degrees. Angles can be equal leg or non-equal leg and can be considered “structural” angles or “architectural” angles depending on their dimensions and alloy. Angles are used in a wide array of structural or architectural applications from building and bridge construction to equipment manufacturing. Steel angle is commonly referred to as “angle iron” or abbreviated with the letter “L” representing its shape.

stainless steel angle with holes is used to make frames, brackets and for general engineering and manufacturing fabrications. It is a good material choice as it does not rust or stain due to the interaction of alloying elements, such as molybdenum, nickel, and chromium, with the environment; without these alloying elements, the iron in the steel would be prone to cause oxidisation, rust, and staining.
It is available in two grades, 304 and 316.The 304 grade is the general commercial grade, easy to machine and form, very good for welding and good corrosion resistance.
The 316 grade has better corrosion resistance and is recommended for marine or coastal applications.
