What is polished stainless steel angle and what is it used for?

Polished stainless-steel angle is produced from 304 grade steel and is used to make frames and as an edging trim.

We offer this trim in bright polish or dull satin polish finish which has fine grain line running along the length of the profile.

This grade of stainless steel is very versatile as it has good corrosion resistance, excellent weldability, and excellent formability.

Polishing method

(1) "cloth wheel stick wax" polishing.it is to polish the abrasive combined with the cloth wheel.

(2) sandpaper polishing.Place the stainless steel workpiece on the workbench or other platform, replace the coarse and fine sandpaper, and polish by hand.

(3) Angle grinder polishing
The operator holds an Angle grinder and installs 120# or/and 220# small grinding tools (Angle grinder accessories) on the Angle grinder to polish the workpiece. Before polishing, it is sometimes necessary to install a common resin Angle grinder for rough grinding. After polishing, PVA abrades are sometimes re-polished with a felt wheel for a brighter finish.

(4) Polishing by pneumatic grinder
The pneumatic grinder in the production shop is equipped with grinding wheel and polishing wheel for polishing stainless steel plates with an area of less than 1 square meter.

(5) grinding machine polishing
Polishing on the surface grinder, install the grinding wheel, select the appropriate workpiece speed, polishing stainless steel workpiece highlight surface quality.

(6) floating grinding head polishing
The floating grinding head is polished on a self-made floating grinding head. Cloth wheels made of expensive materials are polished with an area of about 1 square meter of stainless steel plate. You can get the fog mirror effect.
