EH36 marine steel advantage
Carburizing heat treatment, then quenching heating temperature 850℃, oil cold; 200℃ tempering and air cooling. It has good comprehensive mechanical properties and low temperature impact toughness after quenching and tempering. It has high bending strength and wear resistance after carburizing and quenching.Due to the strict requirements of shipbuilding plates, alloy elements are added to steel, Nb, V, Ti and combined with the production process of steel plates, which can improve the toughness of steel while ensuring the mechanical properties of high-strength ship plates. EH36 steel plate delivery status TMCP, hot rolling, controlled rolling, normalizing delivery.
